In today’s post, i’ve got a quick, simple, and delicious protein cookies recipe!
This recipe is:
- Lactose free
- High in protein

To make this recipe, you’ll need:
1/2 cup Calorie Free Sweetener (note: weight will vary for calorie free sweeteners)
90 g Protein Powder (I’m using Body Lab’s Unflavored Soy Powder)
15 g Cocoa Powder (or cocoa flavored protein powder)
5 g Instant C0ffee
1 tbsp Vanilla Flavoring
3 tbsp Sugar Free/Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup (I’m using Body Lab’s Superfood Zero)
175 g Lactose Free Cream Cheese (about 6 oz)
175 ml Cold Water
50 g Your Favorite Chocolate Cereal
Add Protein powder, cocoa powder, and instant coffee to your mixing bowl.
Add 175 ML water, Artificial sweetener, Cream Cheese, and your calorie free chocolate syrup. Mix well.
Add another small squirt of chocolate topping, because, why not? Then add in your chocolate cereal of choice and mix until you have a smooth batter.
Place batter evenly on baking sheet lined with tin foil and bake at 160 C (325 F) for about 20 minutes.
- Note: When these cookies are done they will still be completely unset in the middle. This is okay!!
Let the cookies chill on the rack until they are at room temperature. Then place on a plate and let set in refrigerator for at-least 2 hours.
